Little Learners Game Plan

Partnering with early childhood educators to support every young learner’s regulation and growth.

Little Learners Game Plan is a high-impact training designed specifically for early childhood educators and daycare teams. This workshop blends sensory-informed, trauma-sensitive strategies with playful, developmentally appropriate routines that help young children feel safe, regulated, and ready to explore. Educators learn how to support toddlers and preschoolers through big feelings, movement needs, transitions, and emerging communication using tools that fit naturally into the flow of the day.

The Educator's Game Plan

Partnering with educators to create supportive, regulation-ready learning environments.

Game Plan Services provides high-impact staff trainings and program-development consultation that give educators the tools they need to create responsive, regulation-ready classrooms. Workshops are practical, accessible, and filled with strategies teachers can implement immediately.

The Family Game Plan

Partnering with parents to understand and support each child’s needs.
Our family workshops give parents practical, sensory-informed tools to support their child’s unique strengths and challenges. Through compassionate caregiver coaching and everyday home-based strategies, we help families build routines that carry therapeutic progress into daily life. These sessions strengthen confidence, clarity, and connection so parents feel supported and children feel understood.

Game Plan Services is dedicated to helping children thrive by supporting the families, educators, and therapists who care for them every day. Founded by occupational therapist Rebecca Wood, MS, OTR/L, our practice blends clinical expertise, creativity, and a deep commitment to teamwork to create supportive pathways and the right game plan for each child’s success.

With more than a decade of experience serving the DMV community and beyond, Rebecca brings a wide range of specialized training, including the Floortime Model, MNRI Reflex Integration, SOS Feeding Therapy, Handwriting Without Tears, trauma-informed care, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Her work spans early intervention, school-based therapy, private practice, and program development, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how children learn and grow across all environments.

At the heart of Game Plan Services is the belief that children make their strongest progress when the adults around them work together with shared goals, clear strategies, and compassionate support. We partner closely with families, schools, daycares, and community programs to build predictable, nurturing spaces where children feel understood, regulated, and ready to learn.

Whether providing direct therapy, developing classroom sensory plans, consulting with caregivers, or training school teams, our mission remains the same: using a whole-team approach to help every child feel confident, capable, and supported in their path toward success.
